Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of daily collection from customer premises and/or delivery

• Resolving daily collection and/or delivery issues

• Tabulate trip allowances such as daily job sheet submission

• Conduct weekly toolbox and training session for logistics fleet

• Perform cross training for team members

• Preparation of documents and coordination in relation to maintenance of vehicles

• Responsible for team performance and discipline

• Act as backup for other Logistics Executives during their absence

• Ensure compliance of documents, e.g. procedures, risk assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred

• Independent, self-motivated, and equipped with strong coordination and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented and adaptable
