QC Executive / Assistant Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Kranji
Working Days: Monday to Friday (7.45am to 5.30pm)
Salary: Up to $5500

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and customer/regulatory standards but not limited to ISO9001.

2.Oversee quality inspections and controls and lead the QC team to meet quality requirements.

3.Use data analysis to drive quality improvements.

4.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., customers, auditors, suppliers).

5.Manage customer issues and provide corrective and preventive actions.

6.Conduct training and certification for QC and production staff on quality standards

Requirements: 

1)Minimum Diploma in a technical field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

2)At least 5 years of quality supervisory experience in any industry; experience in crating and packaging is preferred.

3)Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14000 and ISO45001

4)Certified Quality Engineer will have added advantage

5)Knowledge of PFMEA, Problem Solving (Fishbone, 5-why), statistics and Control Plan
