Job Purpose:
This role blends Public Relations, communication expertise with data analysis and offers the opportunity to shape campaigns, monitor performance, and knows how turn data into insights that enhances performance across digital platforms and customer touchpoints for Kumon Asia & Oceania region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of Regional Support Office Public Relations and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the goals of the division and region.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to campaign performance audience engagement, and communication effectiveness.
• Prepare and present monthly reports, summarising key performance indicators, trends, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on digital metrics, including website analytics (e.g., traffic, bounce rate), social media performance, SEO/SEM results, and CRM engagement.
• Assist in the management of CRM platforms, internal systems, and customer engagement tools to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on events, Public Relations activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Proven regional expertise is essential; to support the division's growth and coordination initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining documentation, such as user guides and process documentation related to Public Relations related systems and tools.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with internal and stakeholders, including vendors, KAO countries Public Relations representatives and other divisions.

• Thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to step into ad-hoc responsibilities and collaborative tasks when opportunities arise.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret data to inform campaign and track performance.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills in evolving work environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create clear visualisations to communicate data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, with a high accuracy and consistency in work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to support effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
Credentials and Experience:
• Degree in any discipline – candidates with diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, Public Relations, Communications or related roles is preferred.
