You will support the Group Treasury department and will report to Senior Manager, Group Treasury.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for treasury-related transactions.

• Process journal and accrual entries for Singapore dollar and foreign currency transactions, including maintaining recurring journals.

• Perform bank and fixed deposit reconciliations and other related transactions.

• Prepare accounting schedules and ensure timely closing of accounts.

• Update and maintain records of external loans, debts, fixed deposits, and intercompany transactions.

• Prepare and review intercompany loan agreements and confirmations (including automation via RPA).

• Conduct foreign exchange (FX) analysis and issue exchange rates as scheduled.

• Maintain and update direct cash flow reports and assist in quarterly forecasting.

• Assist in tax computation and submission to IRAS, and support XBRL filing requirements.

• Prepare annual budget and forecast for treasury activities.

• Participate in audits by preparing schedules and liaising with auditors.

• Respond to ad-hoc queries and perform financial analysis for Group Finance.

• Participate in any other tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or treasury functions.

• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with local tax/accounting regulations and reporting requirements.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Good initiative and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
