Our client is seeking a Principal (Childcare Centre) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Lead Operations: Oversee centre operations, from student recruitment to special events, ensuring a vibrant and engaging environment.
Curriculum Development: Design and implement curriculum that aligns with the school's vision, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching educational experience.
Community Engagement: Organize community events and partnerships, enhancing the centre's connection with the local community.
Teacher Collaboration: Work closely with staff for long-term planning and professional development, supporting their growth and the centre's success.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct evaluations and observations to identify development needs, ensuring continuous improvement for both teachers and students.

Who are they looking for?

Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess ECDA L2 certification, with minimum Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership), with at least 2–5 years of relevant preschool teaching experience and proven leadership or centre management experience.
Communication Skills: Effective communication at all levels, essential for coordinating with staff, parents, and the community.
Commitment to Quality: A passion for improving curriculum quality and a dedication to professional development.

Working Location: Tampines
