Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Order Management

  • Receive, process, and verify customer orders (B2B & B2C channels such as NTUC, cafés, restaurants, distributors).

  • Ensure orders are accurately captured in the system (SKU, quantity, delivery date, pricing).

  • Acknowledge orders and communicate clearly with customers on delivery timelines, changes, or issues.

  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow up on resolutions promptly.

  • Coordinate returns, credits, and replacements when required.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules with logistics partners (e.g. Flow, TSS, internal transport).

  • Liaise with Production and QA teams to confirm stock availability, readiness, and cut-off times.

  • Monitor delivery performance, delays, shortages, and damages; escalate issues when necessary.

  • Ensure correct documentation is prepared (Delivery Orders, Invoices, return notes).

  • Track logistics costs, MOQ, and delivery constraints to support efficient routing and planning.

3. Inventory & Stock Support

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and flag potential shortages or over-stock situations.

  • Coordinate stock allocation for key accounts and promotions (e.g. NTUC campaigns, seasonal events).

  • Support stock reconciliation and basic reporting when required.

4. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales, Production, QA, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Update internal trackers, delivery schedules, and shared reports accurately and on time.

  • Assist in preparing basic operational reports (order status, delivery issues, customer feedback).

  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.


Job Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in supply chain, Operations Research, Engineering or related field.

  1. 1–5 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or FMCG sectors. Fresh grads may be considered if strong aptitude is demonstrated.

  2. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP and data-visualization tools; knowledge of SLIM4, SAP or RPA is a plus.

  3. Analytical mindset, results-driven, organized, able to multitask under pressure.

  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional and external stakeholders.
