Customer Support: Respond promptly to B2B customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, ensuring professional and accurate communication.
Order Management: Process and track orders from confirmation to delivery, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams for timely fulfillment.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with quotations, contracts, and documentation to support business development efforts.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities; prepare regular reports for management.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (B2B environment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
