Project Coordinator (Precast experience) - #1131324

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of on-site work for precast component installation with client (main contractor) & sub-contractor

• Supervise, coordinate and check quality of works on construction site

• Monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications

• Assist in on-site quality or defect works related to precast components

• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

• Attend site meetings with clients for precast issues

• Coordinate and ensure that precast components supplied meet client’s delivery and installation deadlines

• Other project related work as required

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HDB construction project or precast supply coordination

• Experience and able to lead and control workers and subcontractors
