Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Branch Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Brand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the retail store located in the Central Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the retail branch, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.

• Implement and oversee marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness.

• Provide coaching and support to the retail team to ensure excellent customer experience. Resolve customer's issues with professionalism, tact and discretion.

• Analyze store performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and sales floor assignments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay informed of retail trends, competitor activities, and emerging client expectations.

• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to align on strategic objectives. Support local events / roadshows as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Luxury Retail industry

• In-depth understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management. Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets.

• Excellent customer service and people management skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• A passion for the luxury retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Comfortable in working on a shift roster (morning / afternoon) and in the Central region of Singapore.
