About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic and innovative marketing team at Monigiri Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region. In this position, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our online sales channels, helping to enhance customer engagement and maximise our e-commerce performance.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including online stores and marketplaces, to increase traffic, conversions and revenue

2. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various e-commerce channels

3. Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement

4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create engaging and impactful content for our online platforms

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies and best practices to enhance our online presence

6. Assist with the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotional activities

7. Continuously monitor and optimise the user experience across our e-commerce platforms

8. Support the development and maintenance of our e-commerce infrastructure and systems

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field

2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies and analytics tools

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences

4. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems and digital marketing tools

5. Proven track record of driving growth and optimising online sales channels

6. Keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
