Key Responsibilities
Full Set Accounting & General Ledger
Manage the full set of accounts for assign entity.
Prepare and maintain P&L and balance sheet schedules; reconcile company balances.
Post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end adjustments.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Maintain and update the accounting system to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Prepare schedules, reports, and supporting documents for audits, reviews, and management reporting.
Statutory Reporting & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
Prepare and submit GST filings in accordance with IRAS regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries as required.
Respond to audit and tax queries and provide necessary documentation.
Other Finance Duties
Manage petty cash claims and perform monthly reconciliations.
Process payment transactions, including bank transfers and GIRO arrangements.
Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and support finance-related assessment assigned by management.
