Job Duties
Provide daily sales and customer service support to internal teams and external clients.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with the sales team, laboratory, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare sales-related documents, reports, and analysis as required.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
Support sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and client follow-ups.
Assist in coordinating with overseas offices or partners when needed.
Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields (experience in dental/medical/healthcare industry an advantage).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Working hour: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
