Computer, Network & System Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company and clients' objectives. Performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues for the Company and our clients
Ensure proper documentation, incidents / request handling till closure
Execute IT service requests including coordination and communication with clients
knowledge of programming is a plus point
other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

ITE/ Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
Proficient in MS office
Good interpersonal skills & office organization skills
Good Customer Service and Communication

Other

Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)

Full Time/Part Time
