About the Role We are hiring a Calibration Engineer to manage site-wide calibration activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for calibration planning, budgeting, compliance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure equipment accuracy, audit readiness, and uninterrupted production. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual calibration schedule, ensuring no overdue activities
• Prepare yearly calibration budget and track monthly spending against forecast
• Coordinate calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Review post-calibration reports to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise calibration processes and reduce costs
• Conduct non-conformance investigations and support corrective actions

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other Engineering-related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in calibration management within manufacturing or regulated environments
• Singaporean only
