Position Overview:

We are seeking an Accident Service Advisor to assist accident customers by guiding them through the repair and insurance claims process. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with insurers and surveyors, preparing estimates and job orders, and providing timely updates on repair progress while supporting other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to accident customers and guide them through the repair process

• Handle insurance claims, surveyors, and related documentation

• Prepare job orders, repair estimates, and follow up on approvals

• Coordinate repair progress and provide regular updates to customers

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Experience in accident repair or insurance claims handling is preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage

• Able to manage paperwork and handle multiple cases
