About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Happy Life' in the Admiralty North Region. This is a full-time position, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

• Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments

• Offering product recommendations and information to help customers find the perfect items

• Supporting the team with other store-related duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude

• Basic numeracy and cash handling skills

• A keen interest in the retail industry and a desire to learn and grow
