About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to final placement — while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

 Your Role, Your Influence:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client or internal roles

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

• Understand client hiring needs and job requirements

• Coordinate interviews and provide regular follow-ups to both clients and candidates

• Support offer negotiation and onboarding

• Maintain and update candidate/client records in CRM or ATS

• Meet individual and team recruitment targets

• Contribute to business development activities (if applicable)

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
