IT coordination and support liaison with Tianjin and Germany IT team.
HR Administrative support and documentation.
Maintain company ISO 45001 Health and Safety (OH & S) management system.
Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors.
Maintain Business Operation Compliance Certificates.
Maintain Sales Support documentation and filing such as distributor lists etc.
Support Regional Specification Manager on TUV certification master list update and maintenance.
Support sales and specification team on coordination for trade talks, trade show events marketing material preparation, and etc, within the region.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and events.
Other relevant and ad hoc tasks assigned.
