Sales Support Executive - #1131066

Job Description:

• Create Sales Orders (SO) and ensure accurate documentation

• Create Credit Note (CN)

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth SO creation process

• Manage the onboarding of new customers

• Provide support for both internal and external audit activities

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and business needs

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above

• Experienced in data entry

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good time management and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge and experience using SAP software
