Interview Associate, Student Admissions (Temp Contract) - #1131055

This role is on a temp contract from January to August 2026.
You will be part of the University's Office of Admissions, to provide support during student's admission exercises:
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for interviews operations including scheduling, maintaining of interview files, verifying applicant documents, contacting candidates, and responding to interview-related inquiries.
Provide logistical support to interviewers, including preparation and maintenance of interview materials/project showcases.
Coordinate, schedule and manage student helpers.
Assist with logistics for campus visits and admissions-related events, as needed.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries related to Admissions, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably a recognized degree from University.
Working experience in a business development/admissions role is preferred but not necessary.
Possess the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, driven, independent and yet a collaborative team player.
Able to work on Saturdays during peak months.
