About the role

As a Cafe Waiter at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT', you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers at our cafe located in the Changi Airport East Region. This is a full-time position where you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team committed to delivering the highest level of service.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

3. Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner

4. Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, bar and kitchen

5. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns

6. Assist with stocking and restocking of supplies as needed

7. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a server, waiter or cafe staff member

2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

5. Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

6. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

7. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
