Job Scope

• Lead the HR team in managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administration.

• Partner with department heads to plan manpower needs and execute timely, cost-effective hiring.

• Oversee performance management, staff development, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR policies.

• Use HR analytics to monitor workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights.

• Drive HR process improvements and support organizational change initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role

• Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
