Sales & Marketing Coordinator

• Salary: Up to $2,500 basic + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

• Work Days: Monday to Friday

• Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to grow in a dynamic sales and marketing environment?

We looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our busy team and keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact: attend to phone calls and welcome walk-in customers.

• Support our Sales Team in daily Sales & Marketing activities.

• Prepare, follow up, and manage sales quotations and orders.

• Plan and track shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

• Handle packing, shipping documents, and liaise with freight forwarders.

• Manage LC documents and other administrative sales-related tasks.

• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to clarify customer specifications.

• Maintain and update sales forecasts, pending orders, and monthly sales reports.

• Keep our office running smoothly: manage stationery, staff beverages, and uniforms.

• Assist peers during absences and handle ad-hoc admin tasks including travel and hotel bookings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales coordination.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

• 1 year of relevant experience, including shipping and logistics coordination.

• Able to carry goods up to 12kg.
