• Position: Admin Assistant (Loan)

• Location: Ubi (2 minutes walk from MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (12pm-8pm), Saturday (11am-3pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Licensed moneylender

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and process hire purchase loan applications with accurate documentation

• Guide customers through loan terms, repayment schedules, and requirements

• Verify, update, and maintain customer information in line with compliance standards

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and payments
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

• Minimum 'N' Level certificate

• Full training provided for inexperienced candidates
