Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial components of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and tender submissions

• Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations

• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)

• Monitor project costs and prepare monthly progress claims

• Manage contract administration, including variation orders and final accounts

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met

• Ensure adherence to building regulations, safety codes, and legal standards

• Provide regular cost and progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (candidate with less experience are welcome to apply for entry-level roles)

• Proficient in MS Office and measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)

• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills

• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking clients or subcontractors

• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
