You will assist in coordinating the implementation of national standards and regulations, hospital licensing and standards, accreditation surveys, audits and improvement efforts. This includes the review of hospital policies and processes in relation to compliance to the required standards and to ensure continuous improvement in these areas.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the Ensure Safety Systems (ESS) programme
Ensure policies, procedures and other documents are updated in a timely manner
Ensure abnormal results are reviewed and investigated within the stipulated time
Participate in quality improvement activities/projects to improve patient safety
Ensure valid licenses held by the hospital for services provided
Ensure relevancy of documents and upload to portal on timely basis
Participate in internal reviews/leadership rounds and prepare reports
Undertake any projects / assignments as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 4 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
Those with more years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Assistant Manager
Good communication and people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Team player and strong collaborator, ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams
An independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
