Care Ambassadors, Patient Experience Transformation (Contract) - #1130905

You will report to the Executive (Journey Experience) and interface with Patient Experience Transformation (PXT) team and stakeholders to provide patient engagement, conveyancing and way finding services. You will also engage with staff and public volunteers to deliver transformed experiences. Your work areas include Emergency Dept Operations, Outpatient clinics / centres, Inpatient wards and other public areas.
Responsibilities:
Digital Influencer - Provide guidance to use the digital services of the hospital
Patient Relations - Proactive Engagement with patients to deliver a positive experience
Respond to patients’ enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly in a courteous manner
Support hospital care team to carry out patient service duties
Interface with Volunteers in related task
Assist in collating feedbacks & responses from patients & staff
Provide suggestions in improving patient and staff experience
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
Able to commit to work at least 1 permanent Saturday or Sunday on a 5- day work week
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Candidate with healthcare experience will have an advantage
