Details:

• Location: Central

• 5.5 Days Work

• Salary up to $6,000

• Variable Bonus & Career Progression

Jobscope:

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings

• Plan and monitor construction schedules, material requisitions, cost control, site supervision, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve technical issues

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of construction works

• Perform QA/QC duties for assigned areas and ensure compliance with site safety regulations

• Prepare project-related reports including progress and handover reports

• Carry out any other duties as assigned
