Job Description

  • Prepare Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing list and Shipping Documents.

  • Place purchase order with our Principal and follow up on delivery status.

  • Process order by data entry into Accpac system according to customers’ requirements and ensure orders are accurate and delivery on time.

  •  Follow up on customers’ order and delivery schedule.

  • Assist in preparing reports, ensure proper filing and documents control.

  • Support management in improving operation efficiency and workflow.

  • Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties.


Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Accpac System).

  • Fluent in written English and spoken Chinese.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

  • 5 days work week (8.30am to 6.00pm)

  • Working location: Ubi Road (5 minutes from Ubi MRT)

  • 12 days of annual leave
