• Responsible for sales performance and profitability of assigned product category

• Manage inventory levels, product planning, and allocation based on sales trends and customer demand

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising in-store

• Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution

• Lead, train, and support a team of Retail Assistants to meet operational and service standards

• Monitor category performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in retail

• Have experience in leading retail associate

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work 6 days per week including both weekends

• Singaporean only
