Executive, Internal Communications - #1130873

A Day in the Life 

·       Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and values

·       Assist in preparing and publishing internal communications, including newsletters, thought leadership features, and employee updates

·        Support engagement initiatives and internal campaigns to strengthen company culture

·        Manage internal social media content with a focus on employee and human-interest stories

·        Create, edit, and optimise video content for internal channels

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery of internal messaging

Who we are looking for

·       Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent

·       3+ years of relevant work experience in internal communications or related roles

·        Strong writing and editing skills for internal audiences

·        Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (basic to intermediate level)

·        Familiarity with communication platforms, including email systems, intranet, and content management systems

·        Ability to manage multiple internal projects and deadlines efficiently

·        Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
