Final Polishing, QC and Packaging Staff - #1130865

Final Polishing & Deburring

• Perform manual deburring and edge finishing on machined parts using hand tools, files and pneumatic tools

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections without altering part dimensions

• Ensure surface finish meets visual and functional requirements

Quality Control (Visual Inspection)

• Conduct 100% visual inspection of finished parts before packing

• Check for defects such as scratches, dents, burrs, rust, surface marks, or contamination

• Verify parts against basic drawings, work instructions, and QC checklists

• Segregate and clearly label non-conforming parts and report issues to supervisor or QC lead

• Handle parts carefully to avoid damage after inspection

Packing & Labelling

• Pack parts according to packing instructions (individual wrapping, anti-rust protection, foam, boxes, etc.)

• Apply correct labels, part numbers, quantities, and job references

• Ensure packed parts are clean, secure, and ready for shipment or storage

• Maintain proper traceability of parts and batches

Housekeeping & Safety

• Keep work area clean, organised, and compliant with 5S and safety requirements

• Handle parts, tools, and packing materials responsibly

• Follow company safety and quality procedures at all times

Job Requirements

Essential

• Experience in manufacturing, machining, or metal parts handling preferred

• Able to perform manual work for extended periods

• Good eye for detail and consistency

• Able to follow work instructions and QC standards strictly

• Basic ability to read part numbers, labels, and simple drawings

• Responsible attitude and willingness to report quality issues

Advantageous (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with deburring, polishing, or finishing of machined parts

• Prior experience in QC inspection or packing
