Summary

To perform preventive and corrective maintenace works on equipment, and standby duties as required so that the equipment can function properly and safely

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenace works in accordance to the schedule

• Carry out corrective maintenace works as when required

• Observe safety work procedures

• Ensure proper keeping and use of tools

• Observe proper work behaviour while working

• Perform standby works when required

•  Follow up on breakdown report and assist Stanby Section where required

• Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior

• Keep proper records of of works carried out in the revelent reports

• Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)

• Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel

• Follow up on QC and QA defects.

•  Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution

Knowledge

• Min Nitec in Engineering 

• Experience in lift industry welcome
