Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and ideal candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
Advise hiring managers on hiring practices and market trends.
Improve recruitment processes and keep ATS records updated.
Promote the company’s brand through hiring activities and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Min 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from an in-house or agency environment.
Proficient in using ATS platforms and conducting recruitment data analysis.
Familiar with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence tools.
Good understanding of MOM regulations and TAFEP guidelines.
