Software & Application Support

• Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software.

• Provide technical support to end-users.

• Liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations.

IT Policies and Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control.

• Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable.

IT Infrastructure Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.).

• Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi.

• Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers).

System Administration

• Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions.

• Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies).

• Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Manufacturing/Production System Support

• Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems.

• Troubleshoot machine-PC communication issues (e.g., PLCs, IoT devices).

• Ensure system uptime to minimize production downtime.

User Support & Training.

• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.

• Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain IT asset inventory.

• Prepare incident reports, maintenance logs, and update manuals.

• Support audits and provide technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree with 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.

• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.

• 5 day work week.
