• Basic salary up to $3000 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Register and manage patient records under right category

• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures such as ECG, dressings and examinations

• Dispense prescribed medication accurately to patients

• Handle payment collection and process healthcare claims

• Arrange and manage patient appointments, follow-ups and vaccinations

• Submit managed care and insurance claims electronically on a daily basis

• Provide general clinic support and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GP clinics, dental clinics or hospitals

• Healthcare or aesthetics clinic experience is an advantage

• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required
