About the Position:
Torus a division of CIC Technology has a strong foundation in the Asia Pacific region, with existing customers and partners. We are now seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to further nurture and grow these partnerships and scale our growth in the region.
Reporting to the Sales Director APAC and Middle East, this position will serve as a critical liaison between Torus and our prospective and current customers across the Asia Region.
Your goal? To convert opportunities to sales success, specifically this will include:
· supporting our channel partner network through the sales process
· being the local product expert delivering product demonstrations across Torus cabinets (hardware) and software.
· growing customer relationships with decision makers
· being a strong brand and product advocate
· delivering end-user presentations
About You:
You are an excellent communicator, a relationship builder, and someone who has a result focused problem-solving mindset. You enjoy working across functions including sales, marketing and support to deliver exceptional service for both our customers and channel partners. All with the aim of building great relationships and product success, developing an even stronger platform for growth.
Additionally you will have:
· Previous experience in relationship management, account management, technical sales or technical account management positions
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated experience supporting regional product awareness programs, customer onboarding, and project delivery.
· A curiosity for technology
