Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve semiconductor product revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to support product launches and customer solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or account sales experience in the engineering industry.
  • Comfortable with overseas travel as required.
