Job scope

work closely with suppliers for equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
Perform maintenance and repair work of electrical systems, equipment and machines
Coach and guide a team of technicians and operators
Conduct regular inspection of the facility, electrical equipment, wiring and fixtures to ensure functionality
Determine the causes of any malfunctions in containment and implement preventive actions.
Implement and drive effective autonomous & preventive maintenance procedures
Actively looking into continuous improvement projects while supporting digitalisation and smart factory initiatives

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
Possess at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
