Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process

• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients

• Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs

• Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms

• Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates

Requirements:

• Full training provided

• Candidates with no relevant experiences may apply

• Drive to overachieve financially and career progressions

• Experiences in 360 recruitment and/or preferably from Senior position placement background will be a strong advantage with faster career progressions

• Diploma/ Degree holder
