Responsibilities
• Support the creation of personalised and high-touch programs that elevate club member experience.
• Assist in managing a curated event calendar across lifestyle, dining, wellness, and differentiated member programs.
• Stay updated on member interests and industry trends to suggest engaging new ideas.
• Help drive community engagement by supporting programs that encourage member participation.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue setup, F&B, programming, and guest flow.
• Work with external service partners on quotations, bookings, and deliverables.
• Support the Membership team with event communications and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing program budgets to ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
• Handle event registrations and attendance tracking through the member system for accurate reporting.
• Collect and analyse member feedback to support event reviews and program improvements.
• Work with the IT team to update club website, member portal/app, and social channels with timely content.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners on content creation and marketing materials for co-hosted events.
• Prepare clear, concise promotional materials and ensure accurate communication of program details, schedules, and benefits.
• Identify gaps and propose IT-led solutions or enhancements that can automate manual tasks or improve workflow efficiency for program and events planning and execution.
Requirements
• Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, event planning, or hospitality industry, ideally within a private members’ club, luxury hotel, or similar high-end service environment.
• Preferred Knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Plan and execute events
-Design programs that enhance member satisfaction
-Experienced in budget management and allocation
-Adaptable with good problem-solving skills
-Digital marketing experience preferred
-Knowledge in luxury lifestyle or high net worth community
