Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure warehouse operations meet the customers’ expectation.

• Manage warehouse operations and process efficiency and effectiveness.

• To manage inbound and outbound and all related operations activities

• To communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team to meet customer requirements.

• To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.

• Quality control and continuous improvement of the warehouse.

• Be the contact point with internal and external stakeholder on warehouse operation arrangement.

• Make sure all inventory transaction are completed and maintain stock accuracy.

• Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company’s SOP.

• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

· At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Must have experience in 3PL industry

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS

· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
