- Assist students with admissions and application processes.
- Verify and review student documents for accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and keep records up to date.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent support to applicants.
- Take on ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
- Minimum A-Level and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Exce)
