Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Translator to assist in translating digital product content. You will be responsible for translating content from English to Malay or Tamil, ensuring that the message remains clear, accurate, and aligned with the tone of the product. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about language and digital content, and are looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months

• Salary: Hourly based

• Nearest MRT Station: Punggol Coast MRT / Remote (work from home)

• Working Hours: 15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate digital content from English into Malay or Tamil.

• Maintain the original tone, style, and message while ensuring accuracy.

• Collaborate with content teams to ensure consistency across all translated content.

• Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver work on time.

• Ensure translations are clear and appropriate for the target audience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or diploma in translation studies, linguistics, or a related field.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and either Malay or Tamil.

• Experience translating content in the Singapore context is a plus.

• Experience in digital products or user experience teams is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality translations.
