Job Description
Follow up with the receiving team on Goods Receipt (GR) status for pending GRs and provide a list of undelivered Purchase Orders (POs) to the procurement team for further verification.
Prepare and review movement reports; coordinate with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to investigate discrepancies between SAP and 3PL movement reports, including performing re-PGI and stock adjustments when necessary.
Issue picklists, including Delivery Notes (DN) and Post Goods Issue (PGI) documents, and follow up on pending PGIs caused by insufficient stock.
Process invoices by verifying accuracy, requesting Credit Notes (CN) when required, recording invoices, creating POs in the system, submitting approved invoices to Accounts Payable (AP), and following up on payments to update vendors.
Provide CCP documentation and supporting materials (e.g. invoices, packing lists) to the AP team.
Provide supply projections to suppliers; monitor projections and draw-down rates to ensure alignment with demand.
Manage the end-to-end write-off process
Handle damaged flour claims and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with relevant details.
Arrange home and corporate deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new vendor accounts in the system.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree Logistics & Supply Chain related discipline
1-2 years of logistics experience in managing food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical products.
Good communication skills.
