Senior/ Sourcing Executive (Distributor, Electronics Components and Parts) - #1130535

Responsibilities

• Source, verify, and purchase electronic components and parts (ICs, memory, CPU, storage) based on project or order requirements.

• Identify and qualify potential suppliers, including regional franchise channels, to expand sourcing options.

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers, ensuring reliability and compliance.

• Support customer engagement and business development initiatives.

• Execute purchase orders, manage order progress, and ensure timely delivery.

• Track performance against objectives and KPIs, ensuring operational targets are met.

• Participate in special projects or process improvement initiatives as assigned.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and supervisors, to align sourcing with business needs.

Requirements

• 4 - 6  years of experience in purchasing electronic components (such as integrated circuits, passives) and/or electronic parts (such as memory, CPU)

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience identifying and managing overseas suppliers is an advantage.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional, with flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
