Core Responsibilities:
Operation Support
• Assist in the review, update, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate ground operations for new operational rollouts and SOP implementations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress in accordance with project timelines.
• Apply for, renew, and monitor the status of Light Transport Machines (LTM) licences.
• Manage porter services, including daily operations, sales reconciliation, process improvement, and service expansion initiatives.
• Support BizSAFE renewal processes, including coordination, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support and assume Duty Manager responsibilities to oversee Smarte Carte’s operations across all terminals when required.
• Perform Terminal Management Centre (TMC) duties when required.
Operation Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of operational matters and projects, including those assigned to other Terminal Managers.
• Support in managing operational costs and driving cost-efficient processes.
• Assist to ensure operational standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Trolley Management, Taxi Management, and other airport services are consistently met in accordance with company standards.
• Support operational readiness and business continuity administration when required.
• Compile, analyse, and interpret operational performance data, proposing practical and implementable improvements.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly performance and KPI reports for submission to clients.
Ops Project Management
• Lead assigned operations projects end-to-end, including ground implementation, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
• Build rapport and establish effective working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Training Support
• Conduct onboarding programmes, on-the-job training, and development of operations staff.
• Reviewing and enhancing training syllabi to ensure ongoing relevance, effectiveness, and compliance.
Periodic Duties:
• Attend weekly / monthly meeting with client(s).
• Participate and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Support day-to-day operations when required.
• Any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):
• Degree from a recognized university is preferred.
• Strong IT knowledge and media production experience is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Adaptable to change and a good team player.
• Good PC skills, especially in MS Office suite.
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
