Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
• Process customer orders promptly and ensure accurate invoicing
• Prepare and organize export shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, packing list, certificates, and insurance documents
• Provide timely updates on cargo arrival and departure schedules to stakeholders
• Liaise with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules and inventory matters
• Ensure invoices from external service providers are submitted promptly for processing
• Assist in warranty and insurance claim processing
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documentation

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in handling export shipping documents, such as Bill of Lading, packing list, and certificate of origin
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
