Delivery & Production Assistant - #1130603

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concepts with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafés.

We are looking for a Delivery & Production Assistant to support the daily operations at our Coffee Roastery & Production facility. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining quality and consistency, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team that ensures our coffee and products reach our customers at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily coffee production operations including weighing, grinding, and packing of roasted coffee beans.

• Support the roasting team with preparation and post-roast processes such as labelling, sealing, and organizing inventory.

• Handle logistics and order fulfilment, including preparing delivery routes, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of orders.

• Perform local deliveries to our outlets, wholesale customers, and corporate clients with professionalism and care.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production and storage areas.

• Assist with stock counts, packaging material replenishment, and basic equipment maintenance.

• Work closely with the production and roasting team to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual preferred).

• Prior experience in production, logistics, or delivery-related work is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely.

• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and sense of responsibility.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic production environment.

• Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable.
