Responsibilities:
1. QA/QC Routine Tasks
Assist in conducting daily GMP checks across production areas.
Support environmental monitoring (e.g., swab tests, temperature checks).
Verify cleanliness and sanitation of equipment (e.g., trolleys, ovens, proofing machines).
Assist in checking product labels, expiry dates, and packaging compliance.
Support incoming raw material checks according to specifications.
2. Documentation & Administrative Support
Help maintain QA & QC documentation, records, and logs.
Assist in preparing audit-related documents and follow up with departments on pending items.
Support filing, data entry, and updating quality-related forms and reports.
3. Audit & Compliance Support
Prepare production areas for internal and external audits.
Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to SFA and company’s food safety requirements.
Assist in closing audit findings and tracking corrective actions.
4. Other Support
Participate in improvement projects relating to food safety, hygiene, and process consistency.
Perform any other QA/QC tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Environmental & Safety, or related fields.
Able to commit at least 6 months
Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Possesses good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail.
Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, or ISO22000 is an advantage.
